City Of Madison Campground

The City Campground is located on two acres of riverfront property on Vaughn Drive. This facility is located on the east-end of Madison, providing easy access to the historic downtown. The campground provides 34 class AA sites with 18 sites bordering the beautiful Ohio River. The grounds are also equipped with a full bathhouse facility and dump station. All sites feature water and 30 amp electrical hook-ups. Ten sites are additionally equipped with 50 amp electrical ports. The camping season runs from April through October, with a full-time camping attendant available at (812) 265-8333. Fees for camping are $25 per night, $150 per week.

Clifty Falls State Park

Open year around. Olympic outdoor pool with slide available summer months. 166 sites all with gravel spaces, picnic table, and fire ring. 106 have electric hook-ups. Facilities: dump station, electric hook-ups, water near by (not at site.) Shower houses & camp store available summer months.

Rates: Camping; Daily with electric $22.00, Primitive $10.00. Winter: Daily (with electric) $8.00, Primitive $4.00. (Winter season, water faucets, showers and toilets are turned off until approximately April 5th.) Reservation first-come first-serve until May 1. Check out 2pm, 5pm Sunday.
