Cincinnati’s Andrew Hibbard mesmerizes with a folk/rock tapestry following the paths cut by his musical forebears — Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, Lou Reed, Neil Young, Hank Williams, Chet Atkins and Lightnin’ Hopkins.
