Tired of being stuck inside this winter? Join us for our Cabin Fever Weekend! We will have a variety of crafts, programs, and hikes, to get you outdoors, rejuvenated, and ready for warmer weather!

Saturday, March 21st Activities:

• 10am Sights and Sounds of Spring Hike – Meet at Clifty Shelter for this 45 minute ADA accessible walk!
• 11:30am Live Reptiles and Amphibians! – Have a chance to touch a few of our live reptiles during this 45 minute program at the Nature Center!
• 1pm Build a Bluebird Box Workshop – This workshop is limited to 10 people and there is a $10 fee. We will meet at Clifty Shelter. Call 812-273-0609 to reserve your spot!
• 2pm Waterfall Hike – Meet at Clifty Shelter for a 1 hour moderately rugged hike through one of the most scenic sections of Clifty Canyon. There’s a chance to see 5 waterfalls along the way!
• 7pm Sounds of the Night Campfire & S’mores – Meet at the fire ring behind the Inn. 45 minutes. Weather dependent.

Sunday, March 22nd Activities:

• 10am-3pm Spring Photo Scavenger Hunt – Come to the Nature Center to pick up your scavenger hunt sheet and then head out onto the trails to see if you can get a picture of everything on the list. Return to the Nature Center and show the naturalist your photos to win a prize!
• 11am-12pm Spring-time Crafts — Come to the Nature Center to make some fun, spring-themed crafts! Stop by anytime between 11am-noon.
• 2pm Nature Bingo! – Stop by the Nature Center to discover interesting facts about nature while playing a fun game of Bingo! Prizes! 30 minute activity.
