Celebrate the creative and cultural journey from waterways to rail lines at Session 3: Rivers to Railroads—an engaging afternoon of poetry, storytelling, live music, and local history, hosted at the historic Eleutherian College.

The afternoon schedule includes:

1:00 PM – Readings of regional poems & prose by Patty Cooper Wells & Friends | Live music by Cheryl Liz Byers
1:30 PM – Featured presentation by Susan Mason Scott, award-winning poet from Madison (Musical accompaniment to be announced)
2:30 PM – Storytelling by Mark Bahlke
2:50 PM – “Rivers, Roads & Rails” historical talk by Glory-June Greiff
3:15 PM – Uplifting Irish folk music by The West of Dublin Band
Plus: “Rivers to Railroads” Art Exhibit and more!

This program is made possible by a grant from the Jefferson County Board of Tourism.
