Originally completed in 1839, this building is one of the oldest structures built as a Catholic Church in Indiana. It is the oldest Gothic-Revival building in Indiana and is especially notable for its pointed arch windows.  The building was used as a Catholic Church until 1993 when the Indianapolis Archdiocese donated the building to Historic Madison, Inc. as part of the parish consolidation. Historic Madison, Inc. continues to preserve and protect the building as it has for 30 years. Tours are on the second Saturday of the month May – October at 10 AM. 

Admission is $10 per adult. Students and children are free. Payment taken at site. 

2024 Tours: May 11, June 8, July 13, August 10, September 14, October 12 at 10AM 

For groups of 10 or more, museums are open year round. Minimum 2 week advance registration required.
