Get Married in Madison Wedding Giveaway!

You can submit a 1-3 minute video, including both parties, that shares your love story and proposal.

No, you do not have to pay to enter thanks to the generous support of the vendors donating their goods and services! You also cannot pay for votes. This is a completely cost-free contest. You must be 18 years or older, but no purchase is necessary.

Any person – regardless of race, sexual orientation, or religion – who is engaged and available to wed on June 13, 2025, may enter this contest. No purchase necessary. You must be 18 or older and legally able to marry in the United States to enter.

Since we have worked with so many vendors to secure these goods and services, we had to pre-select a date that could accommodate them all. Due to this, the winning couple have to get married on June 13, 2026. 

We do not recommend backing out of any previous bookings or signed contracts, as that may incur additional costs for you. If you have already planned a large portion of your wedding day and have arrangements already – such as venue, dress, caterer – this giveaway might not make sense for your event.

That is going to be at the discretion of each individual vendor as to what their availability and pricing would be should you choose to purchase additional resources (example: you need additional bouquets, another hour of DJ service, etc.)

When you submit your video, it will require you to include an email address. We will contact you via this address to let you know if you have been selected as a finalist as well as to notify you if you have won. Please be sure to check regularly, as there will be a set timeframe for the winners to claim their prize.

Be yourselves! We’ve not judging production quality – we’re looking for heart, creativity, and connection. Feel free to film from your phone; we just need to clearly hear and see both members of the entry couple.

The full prize package includes goods and services donated by Madison-area vendors, such as venue rental, bridal attire, floral design, catering, photography, and more. A full list of participating vendors is available above.

• Expert Panel: A panel of local wedding professionals will choose the finalists based on creativity, storytelling, and connection to Madison.
• Public Voting: The community will vote on their favorite stories.

Absolutely! Once public voting opens, share the voting link! Everyone can help cheer you on. Voting will be open from 2025.

The winning couple will be announced on Christmas Eve via social media and email.

Not necessarily, but the winning couple must host their wedding in Madison, Indiana, on June 13, 2026, to redeem the prize package.

Yes, there are restrictions on date (June 13, 2026), location (The White Barn Venue), and the other vendors donating services, such as photographer, DJ, and catering.

By submitting your video into the giveaway, you are granting Visit Madison, Love Betty Bridal, James Dell, The White Barn, and Madison Trolley Line – as well as all other participating vendors – permission to use your videos on their website and social media.

You will be contacted if you make it to the next round of finalists, and then winners will be notified on Christmas Eve via email and social media.
