The restoration work was taken on by a local couple, and their work was featured on Chip & Joanna Gaines's Magnolia Network. They have opened 3 apartments up for tourist enjoyment. There is one 3,000 square-foot luxury apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, laundry room, library, chef's kitchen, grand living room, 10-seat dining table, and 2 outdoor decks with amazing views of the Ohio River. There are 2 additional luxury 1-bed / 1-bath apartments that overlook Main Street.
