What’s Included with the Full Day Experience:

Opening Puja: Begin your day with a sacred opening ceremony, setting intentions and honoring the space with devotion.
Introduction to Mantra, Japa & Chanting: Delve into the heart of Bhakti yoga with an introduction to sacred sound, exploring the power of mantra and the meditative repetition of Japa to awaken love and devotion within.
Bhakti Yoga Flow: Experience a soulful, heart-centered flow infused with mantra ~ embodying Bhakti through mindful movement, connecting you deeply with your inner self and the divine.
Cacao & Kirtan: Together, we’ll share ceremonial cacao, opening our hearts through Kirtan, to sing, chant, and connect; uplifting and transforming one another in community.
Sharing Circle: An opportunity for expression and reflection ~ holding space for one another’s journey, insights, and intentions moving forward.

A medicinal Cacao Elixir with ethically and sustainably sourced pure Guatemalan Cacao is included.

Join Stacey & Connor Nelson, and Sammy Lyon for a heart-opening and uplifting experience pairing ethically sourced pure Guatemalan Cacao with transformational mantras and music.

Enjoy a yummy Cacao elixir prepared with medicinal spices to open, nourish, and anchor into your Heart. Activate your voice and freely express your self through healing vibrations of sound in a co-created community space.

This is a beautiful way to drop out of the chatter of the mind, busyness of life, clear any dense emotions, and arrive into a deep presence of unconditional love. Kirtan is practiced through the Yogic Tradition & the Bhakti Path ~ the path of devotion. By sharing mantras and songs to connect us back to the heart, you’ll be guided into a meditative state ~ purifying the mind and opening the Self to Love. Stacey & Connor utilize various instruments including the harmonium and the drums to amplify the vibrations and bring a fun loving energy to the space so that all can feel free to express themselves fully throughout our time together.

What is Cacao?
Cacao is a heart-opening, energizing, yet soft and gentle plant that comes from a Cacao fruit tree ~ providing you with the purest way to enjoy what we know today as chocolate. Cacao has an active compound in it called “theobromine” which is translated as “Food of the Gods” ~ with a variety of health benefits ~ it truly is a superfood! Stacey works in partnership with Guatemalan Cacao farms & a local women’s collectives to share with you a beautiful chocolate-like elixir of Cacao straight from the source. Enjoy a cup prepared with medicinal spices to open, nourish, and anchor into your Heart.
