Historic Madison, Inc. and the Ohio Valley Celtic Society are teaming up again to celebrate the Kickoff to St. Patrick’s Day at St. Michael’s by hosting an Irish-themed open house at St. Michael the Archangel on Sunday, March 10 from 2 to 4 PM. Come to enjoy the historic space, learn a little history of the building and the people who once frequented it, and taste a selection of Irish teas courtesy of the Ohio Valley Celtic Society. It will be a fun event for all ages! Admission is free with recommended donations for visiting and enjoying the teas. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Ohio Valley Celtic Society and restoration efforts for St. Michael’s. There will be two musical acts featured with Pam Deveary playing the Tracker Organ at 2 and the Ragged Arse Tinkers playing Celtic music at 3. It will be a fun event for all ages!
