The tours start at the north end of the Broadway Fountain. You can meet a guide for a tour. Each tour lasts about 60-90 minutes and is approximately 3/4 of a mile distance. Once an annual celebration of Madison’s history, this year’s event will take place from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, at the mansion. Visitors will enjoy reenactors, storytelling, music, family activities, vendors and more both indoors and outdoors. Admission for Lanier Day is free, and the event will be held rain or shine.
