General Information

  • What types of events can the trolley be rented for? Celebration events, corporate transportation, weddings, family reunions, conventions, group tours, class reunions
  • What is the seating capacity of the trolley? 30
  • Is the trolley wheelchair accessible? No

Booking & Pricing

  • How do I book the trolley for a private event? Send in an inquiry below, and our trolley coordinator will be in touch!
  • How far in advance should I book? At least 2 weeks out; no bookings with less than 14 days notice
  • What are the rental rates, and are there any packages available? Send an inquiry below for your group or event!
  • Is a deposit required to secure a booking? Yes
  • What is your cancellation policy? 30+ days for full refund

Route & Timing

  • Can we choose our own route for the event? Yes!
  • How long can we rent the trolley for? As long as you want! Pricing by the hour with the exception of certain packages
  • Do you offer multiple pickup and drop-off locations? Yes
  • Is there a minimum or maximum rental time? Yes, there is a 1-hour minimum

Amenities & Experience

  • Does the trolley have air conditioning or heating? Yes
  • Are there restrooms on board? No
  • Can we bring food or drinks on the trolley? Yes
  • Is alcohol permitted on board? Yes

Decorations & Personalization

  • Can we decorate the trolley for our event? Yes
  • Are there restrictions on decorations? No profane or obscene language or imagery; otherwise, at trolley coordinator discretion

Rules & Guidelines

  • Are there any age restrictions for passengers? No 
  • Can we bring pets on the trolley? Yes, but youre are responsible for cleaning and incurred damages 
  • What are the rules for playing music during the ride? Bluetooth hook-up available
  • Is smoking allowed on the trolley? No
  • No fireworks or firearms 

Payment 

  • When is the final payment due? 2 weeks prior to event
  • What forms of payment do you accept? Cash, check, credit card
  • What happens if we need additional time during our rental? Available upon request for extra charge
  • Is gratuity included, or should we tip the driver? Yes, please tip the drivers!
